This policy explains the information 1BROOM LLC processes to operate its website, complete software purchases, deliver licenses, save game progress for signed-in players, prevent misuse, and provide customer support.
Information we process
Purchase and fulfillment records may include the checkout email address, Stripe Checkout and payment references, product, amount, currency, license key, transaction status, refund status, and delivery status.
License activation sends the entered key, product identifier, and a device identifier to the license service. The activation record stores a one-way hash derived from the license and device identifier, plus activation and last-verification timestamps, to enforce the one-PC license. The raw device identifier is not stored in the license-activation record.
Support and bug reports include the message and any logs, screenshots, or other information the sender chooses to provide. Website and security providers may also process routine network information such as IP address, request time, browser details, and traffic-security signals.
Anonymous visit counts
To see which pages and games people find useful, each page reports an anonymous visit: the page address, the page on 1broom.com you came from (or only the name of the website that linked you, such as a search engine), and how many seconds the page was on screen while you were using it. Your browser keeps a small note in its own storage, on your device, that only says which days you last visited, so a visit can be counted as new or returning. This uses no cookies and no advertising or third-party tracking, and it does not record your name, email, IP address, or device details. We only keep daily totals. You can clear the note at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Game accounts and saved progress
Signing in on 1broom.com/games is optional. Games can be played without an account, and progress then stays only in that browser on that device.
If you sign in, we store your email address, a one-time sign-in code while it is valid (kept only as a one-way hash), a session record that keeps you signed in, and the game progress each game saves (for example levels, settings, and scores), along with when each game was first and last saved. We use this to sign you in, keep your progress in sync across your devices, and understand which games are being played. Sign-in codes are emailed through Cloudflare.
While a game is open and being played, the game page reports anonymous play time: which game and how many seconds, about once a minute. It does not include your name, email, or device details, and it works the same whether or not you are signed in. We use the totals to see which games people enjoy. If you are signed in, the time is also added to your account, and deleting your account deletes it.
You can sign out at any time, and you can delete your account and every cloud save from the account panel on the Games page. Deleting your account does not remove progress already stored in your own browser. Game accounts are for players 13 and up.
